1-day camp
Step under the canopy and enter a new world….
During day camps, I offer the following activities (which may vary slightly depending on age group and weather conditions):
Fire starting, pizza making and cooking, woodland games (e.g. treasure hunt, man hunt etc), woodland playground, free play in the woods, den building, woodcraft, mud painting, toasting popcorn and making hot drinks over fire, toasted marshmallows (obviously!), swimming (in heated outdoor pool), nerf gun games, and lawn water slide (because it’s the most fun thing ever).
I, Phil White (teacher, ex British Army Captain and outdoor enthusiast) will be leading each and every group. This is a small-scale course, open for a select few days each year, designed to ensure that children are completely blown away!
Location: Ottershaw, Surrey, near Chobham Common.
Day & overnight camp
Experience the magic that comes with camping in the woods. The crackling of the fire in the gathering dark, swapping stories while sipping hot drinks, dining like kings of old, preparing and comparing tents, the challenge and the excitement of it all. Waking up with the sun and the birdsong, stepping into Woodhenge for a proper English breakfast cooked over a campfire, and telling tales of how you survived the night! Where possible, children will cook their own food, gaining life skills and confidence along the way.
Children are to share a tent with one other child, and this must be co-ordinated in advance of the course.
What is included? All of the activities from the ‘day’ course, as well as a proper campfire-cooked evening meal, and breakfast the next morning.

The location
The magical woods at a private family residence are opened up for a select few days a year. Safe, secure, and stunning, children can run wild in this incredible setting. Plus, there is a heated outdoor pool for everyone to enjoy.
